Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer - Japan

📋 Description

• Deliver excellent customer service as a front-line engineer and representative of ClickHouse
• Provide professional response, on-call coverage, and guidance within required SLA on technical
• Own a variety of tasks from support tickets to community support
• Help with pre- and post-sales customer activities
• Partner with Go To Market team on technical aspects of POCs
• Suggest improvements to how Support is done at ClickHouse

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience within a technical support organization
• Technical breadth and depth in relevant subjects such as ClickHouse DBMS or similar OLAP or SQL
• Available for scheduling and onsite travel to deliver high-quality 24x7 support in a global
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Experience in a customer-facing role involving pre- and post-sales support, solution or sales
• Teamwork, global engagement, empathy, and solving challenging problems
