📋 Description

Provide expert technical guidance and design across the project.
Delivery of detailed integrated technical designs.
Project leadership as a Technical Designer & BIM Lead, as required
Drive innovation and apply creative problem-solving to overcome complex technical challenges
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders during design phases.
Demonstrate experience of translating complex conceptual and scheme designs into clear technical

🎯 Requirements

Formal training in Architecture and/or interior design
Approximately 10+ years experience delivering projects across all design phases
Demonstrable experience delivering the technical elements of complex interdisciplinary projects
A clear commitment to collaborating across seniorities and working collaboratively in project teams
Experience building and maintaining client relationships and having full oversight of the technical
Strong fluency in Revit & BIM workflow, and the ability to act as a lead and teacher for this
