📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on OT/ICS security training to Dragos customers.
• Lead classroom and lab sessions; travel to sites and host virtual sessions.
• Keep course content current with platform releases and threat intel.
• Teach platform configuration, network traffic analysis, threat detection, and incident response.
• Manage hands-on labs; troubleshoot issues in real time and keep sessions on track.
• Coordinate with product and threat intel teams to reflect current threat landscape in content.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years OT/ICS security or related discipline.
• Experience delivering technical training to engineers, analysts, and operators.
• Strong verbal communication; ability to explain complex OT concepts clearly.
• Lab setup and real-time troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with Dragos Platform or similar OT security platforms.
• OT/ICS security certifications preferred (GICSP, CSSA, ICS-CERT) or equivalent.
