🎯 Requirements

6-10 years with Java 8, Spring Boot, microservices
2+ years as Technical Lead
Reactive Spring Boot experience
REST API design and Spring stack (Spring Core/Cloud)
Kafka and Elasticsearch experience
Docker/Kubernetes and AWS, CI/CD basics
