Senior Technical Lead — Platform (End-to-End)

📋 Description

• Own the architecture and reliability of a distributed, real-time system spanning C, C++, and Go
• Work across the full stack of the platform: RAN-facing protocol termination (SCTP, ASN.1
• Lead cross-cutting technical initiatives — protocol upgrades, major library and version migrations
• Set architectural direction and technical standards for a fast-moving, multi-team codebase, and act
• Review and guide design for the platform's most latency- and safety-critical components: message
• Mentor engineers across the stack, from systems-level C/C++ engineers to Go service developers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with deep, hands-on proficiency in C/C++
• Real experience with low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems — message routing/queuing
• Comfort working close to the metal: sockets, protocol encoding/decoding, performance profiling, and
• Experience designing or operating systems built from dozens of independent, interacting
• A track record of leading complex, multi-team technical initiatives from design through production
