📋 Description

• Manage a team of engineers (mix of senior, mid-level, and junior developers)
• Drive sprint planning, estimations, and execution tracking; ensure timely delivery of high-quality
• Balance short-term goals with long-term technical sustainability
• Build a culture of accountability, technical rigor, and collaboration within the team
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for team members
• Participate in architecture and design reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in C/C++ software engineering in IP networking/firewall security, with 2–3+ years leading
• Advanced C / C++ proficiency in Linux/embedded OS environments, including multi-threading, IPC
• Hands-on design of NGFW configuration frameworks, service APIs (REST/RPC), CLI engines, structured
• Solid foundation in stateful firewalling, packet forwarding, Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), and
• In-depth knowledge of SSL/TLS protocols, X.509 certificate lifecycle management, CA chains
• Strong background in authentication flows and identity federation, including MFA (TOTP), SAML
