• 6+ years writing or editing experience.
• Background in cybersecurity or tech helps.
• Interview security experts; translate insights, not analyze.
• Curiosity and quick domain learning.
• Turn messy interviews into clear content.
• PM and project management to hit deadlines.
• Comfortable with GenAI tools (Gemini, Claude).
• Google Workspace and AP style familiarity.
• Degree, or explain why you don't have one.
