📋 Description

• The Senior Technical Product Manager leads discovery to delivery, aligning customer needs with
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify workflows and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate needs into detailed technical requirements, data models, APIs, and integration patterns
• Identify root causes and define end-to-end solutions; own the full requirements lifecycle.
• Lead discovery for technical and integration challenges and prioritize opportunities with
• Build internal tools and tooling improvements using AI-assisted development, no-code platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of outcomes and strategic decisions.
• 2+ years PM experience in fintech (debt, payments, credit, lending, or infra) preferred.
• Ability to read API specs, understand data models, and translate technical concepts into product
• Experience creating technical docs/specs enabling engineering teams to execute.
• Experience building internal tools, automated workflows, no-code/low-code solutions, or scripting
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of collaborating with technical and non-technical
