Senior Technical Product Manager, Banking Platform

📋 Description

• Own the banking platform roadmap and ledger model for accounts, deposits, cards, and lending on a
• Guide build-vs-buy decisions for core banking platforms and vendors.
• Define money movement requirements including transfers, ACH, real-time rails, and settlement.
• Plan migrations, data mapping, validation, and cutover strategies.
• Write detailed product specs, API contracts, data models, and release plans end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering/CS or technical discipline.
• 5–10 years in product roles with financial infrastructure experience.
• Deep ownership of ledgers, payments, card programs, or account platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query/analyze data independently.
• Experience with APIs, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
• Comfort working with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Treasury as stakeholders.
