Senior Technical Product Manager, Banking Platform

📋 Description

• Own the banking platform roadmap, from discovery to launch and beyond.
• Define architecture and vendor decisions for accounts, deposits, cards, and lending on a single
• Lead build-vs-buy decisions and regulatory readiness with Compliance and Legal.
• Plan migration, data mapping, validation, and phased cutover when needed.
• Write technical requirements, API contracts, data models, and release plans end-to-end.
• Use data to prove platform effectiveness with KPIs like latency and reconciliation metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of product experience, with depth in financial infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of ledgers, money movement, API integration, and data architectures.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze data independently.
• Experience with Compliance, Legal, Finance, or Treasury as stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity; ability to make documented decisions with incomplete info.
