Senior Technical Product Manager, Banking Platform

📋 Description

• Own the banking platform roadmap and end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Work with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Treasury, and Risk to shape the ledger, accounts, and
• Own discovery, architecture decisions, requirements, build, launch, and post-launch activities.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions and vendor diligence for core banking capabilities.
• Plan migration, cutover, data mapping, and regulatory readiness efforts.
• Define API contracts, event schemas, data models, and release plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, CS, or technical field (required).
• 5–10 years of product experience with financial infrastructure focus.
• Deep ownership of ledger, payments, card issuing, deposits, or related banking platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query/interpret data independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Treasury, and
• Comfort with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
