Senior Technical Product Manager, Content Platforms (AI Content Operations)

📋 Description

• Own AI content operations roadmap within Content Platforms.
• Identify friction in content workflows and design tools to remove it.
• Ship AI-powered tools (metadata generation, doc-to-CMS conversion, content QA, research assistants
• Build prototypes, validate ideas with engineers, and measure adoption.
• Collaborate with marketing and learning teams to drive adoption and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience embedding with cross-functional content teams (writers, designers, marketers).
• Proficiency with headless CMSs; Sanity experience is a strong plus.
• Strong technical foundation: Node.js, TypeScript, modern web frameworks.
• Ability to build simple web apps and prototypes and validate ideas end-to-end.
• Experience with AI tooling and model APIs (Claude Code, Cursor) and integrating LLMs into workflows.
• Product mindset: ship tools that integrate into daily workflows and drive adoption.
