📋 Description

• Own localization infrastructure product: roadmap and architecture decisions
• Lead multi-platform localization solutions with engineers
• Build prototypes to validate ideas before full engineering investment
• Design self-serve workflows to reduce routing through a central queue
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted translation tooling while maintaining quality

🎯 Requirements

• Technical background: Node.js, TypeScript, modern web frameworks
• Experience with headless CMS and localization workflows
• Ability to design multi-platform systems and long-term tradeoffs
• Strong collaboration with engineering and vendors in localization space
• Comfort with AI development tools and rapid prototyping
• Hands-on product ownership with architectural thinking
