Senior Technical Product Manager, Fleet Ops

📋 Description

• Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap
• Manage a multi-surface product roadmap spanning remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management
• Serve as the voice of the customer by continuously gathering and synthesizing feedback from
• Scope phased product milestones that unlock value and provide instrumentation to enable data-driven
• Drive technical execution across real-time and infrastructure-heavy systems
• Partner with Systems Engineering to decompose product needs into system requirements, test plans

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end-to-end
• Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling in environments where reliability and
• Proven ability to ship 0 → 1 products in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
