Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap
Manage multi-surface roadmap spanning remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management
Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback from airline/airport customers and internal operators
Scope phased product milestones to enable data-driven iterative development over time
Drive technical execution across real-time and infrastructure-heavy systems
Provide cross-functional leadership and act as SME for Fleet Operations products

🎯 Requirements

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end-to-end
Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling in real-time environments
Proven ability to ship 0 → 1 products in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
