📋 Description

• Partner with engineering and infrastructure to identify bottlenecks across the dev lifecycle.
• Own full product lifecycle for performance and monitoring initiatives.
• Translate engineering needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize initiatives by impact, urgency, feasibility to ship high-value work.
• Define success metrics, use data to measure impact and inform trade-offs.
• Be the voice of internal engineers and ensure solutions solve real problems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or related discipline.
• 3+ years on platform, developer experience, or infrastructure products.
• Comfortable with scrum/agile ceremonies and processes.
• Track record of thriving in high-growth or startup environments.
• Ability to learn quickly and ask the right questions about new concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
