Senior Technical Product Manager, Search

📋 Description

• Define and execute the vision for a cross-application search platform.
• Own ingestion, indexing, relevance, and query semantics.
• Lead at least one end-to-end search workflow aligned with customer needs.
• Partner with Engineering and Design on architecture and sequencing decisions.
• Enable product teams to build search experiences faster with shared tooling.
• Translate platform strategy into a clear roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with platform ownership.
• Direct search experience; AI-powered search a strong plus.
• Strong technical fluency; partner with Eng on system design and tradeoffs.
• Deep empathy for frontline users; ground decisions in user needs.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous cross-team environments with clear strategy and roadmaps.
• Expert-level English; lead platform engineering managers and exec stakeholders.
