🎯 Requirements

• Engineering depth; fluency in reading code
• Experience with AI tools, LLMs, and agentic systems
• Proven track record making hard decisions with stakeholders
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, data-intensive architectures
• Data-driven prioritization and measurement planning
• Ability to articulate decisions in writing
