Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own program plans across cross-functional initiatives
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks early
• Drive governance: status, milestones, executive updates
• Facilitate planning, prioritisation, and trade-offs across stakeholders
• Build and maintain program documentation, roadmaps, cadences
• Partner with engineering to translate strategy into executable plans

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in technical program management in infra/cloud
• Strong grasp of software and/or infrastructure delivery lifecycles
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• A track record driving complex multi-team programs to on-time delivery
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and turning it into clear plans
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
