Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end ATL program delivery across Engineering and Operations
• Define and maintain schedules, milestones, risks, and meetings
• Identify blockers, manage dependencies, maintain launch cadence
• Primary liaison between Engineering and Operations leadership
• Implement governance: status, risk escalation, cross-functional alignment
• Launch readiness frameworks for milestones

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program or project mgmt in hardware/software or systems
• Proven ability to own and drive complex multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end
• Strong foundation in software, hardware integration, systems and safety/robotics
• Excellent cross-functional communication to engineers and executives
• Experience in safety-critical/high-accountability environments
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, or equivalent
