• Adopt agentic AI as a core program-management tool; monitor flow and quality metrics.

• 7+ years of program or technical project mgmt on complex cross-functional tech initiatives.
• Single accountable owner across ambiguous, multi-team programs.
• High judgment — decisions under uncertainty.
• Excellent problem-solving; focus on simple solutions.
• Proven ability to work with non-technical partners; clear status updates.
• Hands-on Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog mgmt, Jira.
