Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end electronic product development from ideation to delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams: hardware, software/firmware, mechanical, quality.
• Manage program plans, schedules, budgets, risks and execution.
• Balance Agile software cycles with hardware stage-gate development.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance (EMC, safety, regional standards).
• Plan prototyping, NPI ramp, line transfer and yield improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing electronic/electro-mechanical product development end-to-end.
• Hands-on across hardware, embedded software/firmware, and mechanical disciplines.
• Experience taking prototypes to commercialization and mass production.
• Strong program planning, risk management, and cross-functional leadership; external manufacturing.
• Agile software and hardware stage-gate (EVT/DVT/PVT) experience.
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/CS; MBA a plus.
• TPM 8+ years; Sr TPM 12+ years with full product programs.
• Familiar with edge devices integrated with cloud platforms.
