Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Develop integrated schedule with measurable milestones for the program, manage interdependencies
• Drive priorities and execution across the program
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to remove
• Oversee the program budget, balance cost across subsystems and make trade decisions
• Drive rapid identification and resolution or program risks and changes
• Lead cross-functional program and design reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in developing and managing program schedules and complex interdependencies using tools
• Bachelor of Science (or similar) degree in an Engineering discipline
• Strong communication skills, both internal and external facing
• Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, fast paced environment, overcome obstacles with creative
• 8 years engineering experience on large complex hardware programs
• 4 years engineering management or project management experience
