Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity programs on time.
• Manage plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder comms.
• Drive Agile delivery as Scrum Master or Agile Lead; coach teams.
• Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and business teams.
• Monitor program health with metrics, risks, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Resolve cross-functional dependencies and roadblocks; foster collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise programs.
• Cross-functional engineering/tech initiative leadership.
• Strong Agile knowledge; Scrum Master or Agile Lead.
• Experience delivering Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid projects.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
