🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of proven experience managing programs, processes, and change management in a
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes
• Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams
• Obsesses over getting the details right but knows how to make tradeoff decisions
• Strong stakeholder management with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other
