Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end program delivery for GM initiatives
• Build quarterly cross-team plans across Product and Engineering
• Track progress across 15+ initiatives; drive delivery reviews
• Identify/manage inter-team dependencies across features and marketplace
• Provide status updates; surface risks; synthesize exec tradeoffs
• Collaborate with other TPMs to align plans/releases

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of program management in a technical product or engineering environment
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs in consumer marketplaces, e-commerce, or high-transaction platforms
• Strong understanding of product development processes: experimentation, feature rollout, and platform integrations
• Excellent project management skills with roadmaps, risk management, and delivery cadences (Agile/Scrum/OKR-aligned)
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Github, and DataDog
