Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• End-to-End Delivery: Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs across teams.
• Strategic Alignment: Define scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with engineering and product.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate cross-team communication; align priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Risk Mitigation & Unblocking: Identify risks, resolve issues, and elevate blockers swiftly.
• Process Refinement & Automation: Build tools, scripts, and automated reporting to boost efficiency.
• Stakeholder Visibility: Track progress and ensure stakeholders have visibility into timelines and risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program or PM in software, cloud, AI/ML, or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, SaaS, or cloud infra; translate tech to business needs.
• Advanced Agile PM tooling; Jira, Asana, Smartsheet; dashboards.
• Leadership without authority; cross-functional alignment.
• Experience scaling engineering operations, AI infra, or cloud services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; PMP/CSM or equivalent preferred.
