Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of launching payment products that cross multiple teams and disciplines
• Manage cross-collective programs: define roadmaps, milestones, priorities, risks, and alignment with goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical areas to ensure delivery speed
• Manage dependencies, timelines, and sequencing of delivery
• Drive effective decision making to remove blockers and speed up delivery
• Ensure operational effectiveness across your area

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology programs or products
• Strong communication skills to engage executive leadership
• Comfort working in a global business with multiple markets
• Ability to work with diverse teams and challenge stakeholders constructively
• Understand how functionality comes together across products and platforms to deliver user value
• Willingness to dive into data and architecture to inform decisions
