🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) leading product delivery teams
• MS in computer science, MBA or engineering management equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years hands-on experience delivering enterprise commercial software releases in a
• Proven ability to develop and use Agentic AI in their day-to-day job.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and
• Advanced understanding and extensive use of Jira Cloud in software development program management
