🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years post-graduate experience as a project or program manager leading hardware NPI.
• Bachelor and Master in robotics or engineering.
• Experience leading development of hardware, firmware, and software systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and hardware development for scalable manufacturing.
• Experience in highly cross-functional engineering environments.
• Proficiency with multiple program management methodologies and tools.
