Senior Technical Program Manager – AI & Digital Transformation

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end delivery across AI, automation, and enterprise tech initiatives.
• Coordinate with Nexgai India and offshore teams for governance.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical plans.
• Act as technical liaison between Quantanite, Nexgai, and clients.
• Manage scope, timelines, and resources for multiple projects.
• Lead agile ceremonies and deliver progress reports to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical project management, with 3+ years in senior roles.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise tech projects (AI/ML/RPA preferred).
• Strong understanding of AI tech, data pipelines, cloud, APIs, and software practices.
• Experience managing offshore delivery models with global teams.
• Solid technical background to engage with engineers, data scientists, architects.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar PM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
