Senior Technical Program Manager, AI Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead Lyft's AI transformation for developer productivity.
• Define the AI tooling roadmap and priorities for engineering.
• Partner with engineering teams to build AI-native workflows.
• Run end-to-end programs from kickoff to delivery.
• Be the voice of the customer; surface pain points for roadmaps.
• Define success metrics to ensure ships solve real problems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management or TPM/PM hybrid.
• Background in software, data, or systems engineering.
• Experience owning a roadmap: strategy and prioritization.
• Experience with developer productivity, tooling, or engineering platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).
• Strong track record leading cross-functional programs with dependencies and tight timelines.
