Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end ATL program delivery across Engineering and Operations.
• Define and maintain ATL program schedules, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive accountability by identifying blockers and managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Serve as the primary cross-functional liaison between Engineering and Operations leadership.
• Implement and maintain program governance standards — status reporting, risk escalation, and cross-functional alignment.
• Build launch-readiness frameworks to track program health ahead of critical milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program or project management in hardware/software environments.
• Proven ability to own and drive complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end.
• Strong foundation in software systems, hardware integration, safety/robotics.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; present status to engineers and executives.
• Experience in safety-critical environments where execution gaps have real consequences.
• Proficiency with project management tooling (Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
