📋 Description

• Lead critical cross-functional Fleet Management programs across Product, Ops, Systems Engineering
• Drive end-to-end technical program execution for fleet orchestration & optimization, automation
• Prioritize, manage, and drive program issues, risks, and cross-team dependencies; resolve
• Establish and drive fleet and depot reliability programs, including operational triage, bug
• Keep stakeholders across Waymo informed and aligned; represent programs to senior leadership and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager driving complex software, systems, or
• Track record of managing complex end-to-end programs where operational reliability, precision, and
• Experience driving large cross-functional technical programs within Fleet Management, Workflow
• Strong leadership skills, and clear verbal and written communication, alongside the ability to
• Expertise in scaling processes, release/experimentation guardrails, and reliability practices
