Senior Technical Program Manager, Core Algorithms

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end program mgmt for core algorithm development from research to deployment
• Translate algorithm and sensing strategy into executable program plans with milestones
• Plan algorithm timelines with cross-functional dependencies across data, signal, software, firmware, and product teams
• Drive cross-functional alignment with PMs, engineering leads, and data teams on priorities
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation plans
• Report status, risks, and decisions to leadership; flag issues early with solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical program or project mgmt with AI/ML or algorithm dev teams
• Understanding ML lifecycle: data collection, training, evaluation, validation, deployment
• Fluency with AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms) and AI-powered workflows
• Ability to understand tech concepts to identify risks and unblock ML, data, software, firmware
• Experience managing complex multi-team programs with cross-functional dependencies
• Strong communicator bridging ML teams with product and business stakeholders
