Dive deep into technical topics to surface risks early
Build lightweight processes and tooling to help teams scale

🎯 Requirements

5+ years leading large, cross-functional programs
Strong technical acumen; bonus if you’ve been an engineer
Experience coordinating hardware and software domains
AI-forward program management practices and processes
Thrives in high-growth or startup environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
