📋 Description

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps for enterprise applications, ensuring programs align
• Lead application programs and projects from concept and planning through implementation, adoption
• Evaluate competing projects, portfolios, and operational demands to determine priorities, allocate
• Track project progress, budgets, objectives, and outcomes to ensure commitments are achieved
• Identify potential obstacles, dependencies, and delivery risks early, develop mitigation
• Build strong working relationships with senior executives, business leaders, application owners

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2–4 years of experience in program management, project management, or product management
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, large-scale, cross-functional projects involving internal
• Practical experience implementing and promoting Agile development practices, with an understanding
• Familiarity with ERP, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
• Knowledge of databases, data analytics tools, and enterprise technology environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders without direct authority, work
