Lead manufacturability, cost, and supply chain optimizations for hardware.
Manage NPI builds for PCBA and FATP from pre-proto to PVT.
Develop tooling/automation with partners; optimize lines.
Monitor assembly traceability and data needs at supplier/CM sites.
Drive production process improvements to meet quality, cost, and yield goals; plan capacity with capex and factory layout.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
8+ years in hands-on PCBA/FATP product design and commercialization.
DFx methodologies and quality methods (statistical analysis, DOE, FMEA).
Root cause analysis and effective problem resolution.
Continuous Process Improvement, Kanban, and Lean manufacturing.
Program management with strong written and verbal English; Mandarin or Thai helpful.
Ability to communicate succinctly across functions; self-directed.
Travel up to 25% internationally and domestically.
