Senior Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Partner deeply with engineering leaders to drive successful infrastructure program execution and
• Ensure that the organization’s technical roadmap is well understood and that programs and staffing
• Manage, unblock, and accelerate cross-team projects spanning multiple functional teams and
• Proactively identify program risks and mitigations, working with teams to develop action plans and
• Partner with engineering leaders to scope, staff, and deliver capabilities to achieve company
• Perform value stream mapping to develop and implement processes which will improve organizational

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management or a related technical role, with
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: software developer platforms, cloud
• Extensive demonstrated experience with managing various stakeholder inputs at multiple levels
• Strong written and oral communication skills, especially the ability to communicate complex
• Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills
