Ensure builds, systems, and lab capacity align with program needs
Coordinate end-to-end lab moves, equipment migration, and decommissioning
Collaborate with facilities, IT, and hardware engineering on layout and migration timelines
Track milestones, dependencies, and risks; escalate blockers
Serve as the main coordination point for hardware build requests

🎯 Requirements

8–12 years in technical program management, hardware PM, or lab/data center ops
Experience coordinating hardware build schedules with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain
Strong cross-functional coordination; multi-workstream planning
Experience tracking hardware assets at scale
Excellent written and verbal communication; synthesize status for leadership
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent
