Senior Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing Capacity

📋 Description

• Drive the planning, detailed engineering design, and execution for complex manufacturing facility
• Act as the primary technical liaison, managing relationships, schedules, and deliverables with
• Develop project level RASICs and build strong relationships across Manufacturing, Hardware
• Lead and prepare updates for department, program steering team and leadership level meetings.
• Own integrated program schedules from design through equipment installation and commissioning.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of TPM or operations experience, with a proven track record leading large-scale industrial
• Track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs with hard deadlines and competing
• Deep technical expertise in industrial automation, production and assembly processes for mid to
• Experience in factory design, layout planning and equipment installation.
• Experience working with suppliers and partners on large capital equipment projects, including early
