Senior Technical Program Manager, New Product Introduction

📋 Description

• Stand up NPI as a repeatable discipline and set the launch standard.
• Own end-to-end launch program across Product, Finance, Legal, Ops, and Eng.
• Define pricing setup, quoting logic, discount and approval rules.
• Own integration path for acquired products and make them sellable.
• Test end-to-end flow (UAT) on quote-to-cash before go-live.
• Set go-live readiness and coordinate field activation with Enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical program management, revenue ops, product ops, or commercial systems.
• Owner-operator mindset; own the outcome and fix launches that land.
• Builder's bias; design processes and automation where none exist.
• Cross-functional PM; coordinate across teams and synthesize readiness.
• Experience with Salesforce and CPQ, billing, product rating, and telemetry.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or technical field preferred.
