📋 Description

Own end-to-end hardware manufacturing program from concept to mass production.
Lead EVT, DVT, PVT readiness and ramp with on-time milestones.
Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, risks, and milestones.
Collaborate on process development, validation, and quality with Mfg/Test/Ops.
Manage build planning, factory readiness, equipment, validation, and issues.
Drive NPI cadence with cross-functional reviews and clear ownership.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
5+ years in technical program management, manufacturing or hardware engineering.
Experience owning hardware development from prototype to mass production ramp (EVT/DVT/PVT).
Lead manufacturing programs with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Experience with overseas manufacturing partners in Asia (consumer electronics).
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
