Senior Technical Program Manager, Operational Excellence

📋 Description

• Lead OpEx initiatives across MOPS with stakeholders to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Analyze processes via observations and current/future-state assessments to find waste and bottlenecks.
• Drive ZPS deployment and continuous improvement; coach on Standard Work, 5S, Lean, Visual Management.
• Facilitate VSM, Kaizen events, reviews, and workshops to identify root causes and actions.
• Partner with Manufacturing to set standards, metrics, governance, and docs for scalable ops.
• Support strategic planning (ZQP) and readiness initiatives; align teams and track outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing ops, ops excellence, or related discipline.
• Led cross-functional process improvement or transformation in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing: VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work.
• Analytical and project management skills; data-driven decisions and impact.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
