Senior Technical Program Manager, Partner Ecosystem

📋 Description

• Own partner integrations end to end: discovery, technical scope, specs, sequencing, launch
• Establish reusable integration patterns (authentication, data mapping, error handling, retries
• Work with Product and Legal/GRC to shape design with contractual/compliance constraints upfront
• Serve as primary technical contact for partner engineering and solutions teams from API discovery
• Evaluate partner APIs, data models, SLAs, and support posture to identify optimal integration path
• Define 'integration-ready' bar for the marketplace: technical requirements, certification

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management, technical product management, solutions architecture
• Demonstrated ability to drive engineering execution without direct authority via influence and
• Deep practical fluency with REST APIs, authentication patterns, webhooks, data
• Strong debugging instincts across distributed systems (logs, traces, payloads; isolate problem
• Proven ability to work directly with external technical teams, holding firm technical positions and
