📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional technical programs to integrate Waymo's autonomous service with third-party
• Own the technical delivery of external integrations end-to-end, from creating the cross-functional
• Serve as the primary execution counterpart for external teams, translating an ambiguous set of work
• Drive technical trade-off decisions across scope, schedule, scalability, and user experience.
• Proactively identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks and dependencies across multiple concurrent
• Build the scalable frameworks, processes, and tooling that let Waymo onboard and operate many

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading highly complex, cross-functional technical programs with a holistic
• A track record of shipping consumer-facing software products and features, with demonstrated
• Experience running programs where critical dependencies sit with teams outside your direct
• Strong technical depth: you can read a system design, hold your own in architecture and API
• Deep care for the end user, with the ability to keep rider experience and quality at the center of
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to align diverse
