📋 Description

• Drive tech projects from ideation to delivery; remove roadblocks.
• Define metrics and KPIs; drive issue resolution and mitigation.
• Create processes to improve effectiveness in meeting business goals.
• Foster collaboration across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Identify top risks and align leadership on risk levels per project.
• Facilitate productive meetings from small teams to large audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years on a software development team as TPM or engineering manager
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in project and program management
• 6+ years delivering products against plan in fast-paced, distributed env
• Cloud architecture, microservices, data pipelines, ML models & APIs
• PLG concepts, experimentation, and metrics
