Senior Technical Program Manager - Product Development

📋 Description

• Lead 1–3 concurrent complex product programs across hardware, firmware, cloud software, and
• Connect architecture, validation, release, and launch milestones into a single clear execution
• Serve as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Go-To-Market
• Identify system-level interdependencies and navigate tradeoffs between scope, cost, and schedule to
• Establish evidence-based entry/exit criteria for pilot builds and commercial releases to ensure
• Elevate program management tools, decision logs, and cadence frameworks to increase predictability

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex, end-to-end product programs spanning hardware, firmware
• Strong ability to evaluate how hardware, firmware, cloud, and operational decisions interact across
• Deep knowledge of hardware/software lifecycles, cross-domain integration, system validation, and
• Expertise in building and driving integrated master schedules, dependency maps, risk mitigation
• Skilled at engaging with technical leads, constructively challenging incomplete plans, and
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, operations, and quality teams to align roadmaps
