📋 Description

• Cross-Functional Program Leadership: Drive alignment across Eng, Ops, Solutions, Product, GTM.
• Program Lifecycle Management: Own end-to-end scope, schedules, dependencies, and risks.
• Communication & Visibility: Create a single source of truth; executive updates.
• Navigating Ambiguity & Pathfinding: Thrive in ambiguity; chart path with incomplete data.
• Tactical Execution & Grit: Hands-on execution; hardware release plans, sprint planning.
• Process Establishment: Design scalable frameworks and cadences to optimize Eng & Ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a TPM, PM, or Lead Engineer on complex programs.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across Eng, R&D and ops.
• Problem solving: navigate ambiguity, build structure, influence stakeholders.
• Technical literacy: strong foundation to discuss HW and SW trade-offs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, CS, or related field.
