• Strong technical judgement to challenge architecture and spot real risk.
• Proven track record transforming security programs and advancing maturity.
• Ability to influence across security, engineering, compliance, and execs without authority.
• Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments. AI governance familiarity preferred.
